If an order is marked as pending for payment, then either the money has not been yet delivered to us by the service handling the payment or the payment step not being completed and consequently no payment was sent in the first place.
Please check your online account balance. If no money was not taken from your account and there's is no new transaction in your history then you can safely place a new order, we won't charge you for the old one.
