포토북 특전인 엽서가 다 오지 않아서 문의 했는데주소를 남기면

포토북 특전인 엽서가 다 오지 않아서 문의 했는데
주소를 남기면 보내주겠다는 답을 받아서
그 메일에 답을 보냈는데 보내지 주지 않으셨습니다.
그 이후에도 계속 메일을 보냈는데 읽기만하고 답도 없고 보내주지도 않으시네요.
