1.”오스템”과 “팔미스”는 본 계약과 관련된 업무수행 과정에서 취득한 정보를 상대방의 동의 없이 타인에게 누설하거나 다른 목적으로 사용할 수 없다. 여기서 언급된 업무수행 과정이라 함은 제품의 수주, 개발, 생산 및 영업활동 등 이 사업활동에 필요한 제반 업무를 통틀어 지칭한다.
